專業針對各種線條的仿形砂光，使用砂帶、八角砂片、砂布條輪、飛翼輪、尼龍輪等研磨材料調整為適合于工件表面的形狀，在砂頭電機的帶動下對工件進行仿形研磨；針對線條上的局部大平面，使用砂帶研磨，可以節省材料成本。
有效砂光在95%以上，完全可替代繁瑣的手工打磨。
